The Space

The living room has a wooden ceiling and windows set high. Wood-framed sofas face each other across a low table. The kitchen has black cabinet fronts and a white table, with a branching light hanging above.
In every bedroom, a wood-framed bed with white bedding. Small hexagonal mirrors line the walls of the washroom and the toilet. The bathroom has walls of dark stone grain and a white tub.
At the top of the stairs you come out onto the roof. Iron chairs and a round table are set there, and at night there is only the light at your feet and the light of the town. A house where the place to end the day is already decided.
