The Space
About the space
A house with a lawn on the roof, to stay in with a dog.
The living room has dark wood flooring, a navy sofa and a wooden dining table. From the kitchen across the counter, both the table and the sofa are in view.
In the bedrooms a single wall is finished in charcoal or navy, a quiet use of colour. A round wooden table stands at the bedside. The bathroom too is panelled in black stone grain, so the colours through the house hold together.
The roof is enclosed by black walls and covered entirely in artificial turf. A garden sofa is set out, so you can sit and watch the dog run about. The houses around are low and the sky is wide. A house for spending a few days with a dog.

- Up to two small dogs may accompany you. For the stay, copies of the dog's vaccination certificate (combination vaccine) and rabies vaccination certificate must be submitted in advance.
- Pets may enter only the living-dining room on the second floor and the rooftop dog run. Please do not let them into the bedrooms, bathroom or toilet.
- If you leave a pet in the house while you are out, please put it in the cage provided before you go.
- If soiling or odour caused by a pet cannot be removed by the usual cleaning, or if furniture, fittings or equipment are damaged, an additional cleaning or repair fee may be charged depending on the circumstances. Please contact us promptly should anything occur.
- Basic cooking utensils are provided. Ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper are not stocked, for reasons of hygiene.
- We generally do not dispose of suitcases. If you would like us to, an additional fee of ￥5,500 applies (charged through Airbnb; we do not settle in cash).
- If the room is left in a significantly disordered state, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Please use the space with care.
