The Space
About the space
At the top of the stairs, a terrace open to the sky.
The roof is enclosed by walls, with low wooden chairs and a small table. All that is visible is the sky and the upper parts of Hakata's buildings. You can spend time there out of sight.
The living room keeps to few colors, with a stone-look kitchen and a gray sofa. In the bedroom, under a sloped ceiling that follows the roof, amber glass lights are lit.
The surroundings are a residential part of Sumiyoshi, quiet at night. Walk the town during the day, then go up to the roof once it gets dark. The lights of the buildings and the sky close out the day.
About parking
Because of the width of the road and the parking space, the free on-site parking takes only one compact or kei car up to 170 cm wide.
